This site, chezdeniche.com, is operated by Déniche. By placing an order on the store, you agree to these terms of service.

1 — Products

Products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor variations (shade, packaging depending on the batch) may occur without constituting a defect, as long as the essential characteristics are as described.

2 — Prices

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are displayed before payment. Prices may change at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when you order.

3 — Orders

Your order is confirmed by email after payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a prior dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error — in which case you are fully refunded.

4 — Payment

Payment is made online by card, PayPal or Apple Pay through secure providers. Card details are encrypted and never stored by us.

5 — Shipping

Details and times are on the Shipping & Returns page. Times are indicative; an occasional overrun doesn't entitle cancellation or compensation once the order is delivered.

6 — Returns: 30 days

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, complete, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless we made a mistake. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to the original payment method.

7 — Warranties

All products are covered by the consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence. In case of a defect, contact us via the Contact page.

8 — Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products, nor for force majeure. Lifestyle visuals are not contractual.

10 — Disputes

In case of a dispute, we'll always look for an amicable solution first. Mandatory consumer mediation and dispute-resolution mechanisms of your jurisdiction remain available to you.
